The Assessment and Evaluation Unit was established to oversee, organize, and ensure the integrity of examinations for all academic departments and courses within the College of Medicine. The unit operates in compliance with the college’s policies and standards to maintain fair, reliable, and effective assessment procedures.

Examination Supervision & Coordination
Managing final examinations for all courses.
Ensuring adherence to college policies and academic standards.
Faculty & Examiner Support
Empowering faculty members and exam supervisors with best practices in assessment methods.
Providing guidance on effective evaluation tools aligned with the college’s curriculum.
Student Training & Development
Conducting training workshops for medical students to enhance their:
Test-taking strategies
Pre-graduation and post-graduation exam readiness (e.g., licensing exams)
Quality Assurance in Assessment
Reviewing and improving exam formats and evaluation criteria.
Implementing fair and transparent grading systems.
