Chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafe Alawi Fayyad, and with the attendance of all members of the College Council, the seventh session (Part Two – Open) of the College Council was held on Monday morning, June 29, 2026, to discuss several academic, administrative, and student-related matters on the agenda.
The session included the ratification of the announcement of the results for the second, third, fourth, and fifth academic years, approval of expanding the curriculum for the first-year Medical Terminology course, and the establishment of a postgraduate microbiology laboratory. The minutes of the Internal Medicine Department meeting were also discussed. The Council approved the authorization manual as part of the program accreditation requirements and discussed several student affairs issues.
During the session, the Dean emphasized the importance of continuing to work as a unified team and adhering to quality standards and academic accreditation requirements, which will contribute to improving the educational process and enhancing the College's academic and administrative standing. He wished all students of the College success and prosperity.
