Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Al-Muhammadi, President of Fallujah University, and with the participation of the Dean of the College of Medicine, a delegation from Fallujah University visited Mansoura University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, as part of a program to enhance academic and scientific cooperation between Iraqi and Egyptian universities.
The delegation was received by the President of Mansoura University, Professor Dr. Sherif Khater, and a number of academic leaders. During the meeting, they discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of medical education, scientific research, and the exchange of academic expertise.
On the sidelines of the visit, a special meeting was held between the Dean of the College of Medicine at Fallujah University, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafe Alawi Fayyad, and the Dean of the College of Medicine at Mansoura University, Professor Dr. Ashraf Shoma. During this meeting, they discussed mechanisms for joint scientific cooperation between the two colleges, and both sides agreed to activate joint training and research programs and exchange expertise in the fields of medical education and clinical research.
The visit concluded with a tour of Mansoura University, which included a number of colleges, research centers, and teaching hospitals. The delegation learned about its academic programs and scientific achievements. Commemorative plaques were also exchanged to solidify the distinguished academic relations between the two universities.
