The Higher Steering Committee at the College of Medicine at the University of Fallujah held its fifth meeting, chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Rafi Alawi Fayyadh (Dean of the College), on Sunday, September 7, 2025, in the College Council Hall.
During the meeting, progress rates on the accreditation-related aspects were reviewed, in the presence of the heads of the aspects. A date was also agreed upon for submitting the accreditation application to the National Council for Accreditation of Medical Colleges in Iraq.
This meeting is part of a series of Higher Steering Committee meetings aimed at monitoring progress in fulfilling academic accreditation requirements and unifying the efforts of all aspects under the supervision of the Deanship, ensuring the college's readiness for official submission.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean commended the efforts made by the committees and aspects heads, emphasizing the importance of redoubling efforts in the coming period to ensure all accreditation requirements are met in accordance with approved national standards.
