As part of his official visit to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, President of the University of Fallujah, paid a visit to Cairo University, where he was received by the President of the University, Dr. Mohamed Sami Abdel Sadeq, along with a number of university officials.
Accompanying His Excellency on the visit were: Assistant to the University President for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Nahla Naji Hilal; Dean of the College of Applied Sciences, Professor Dr. Mohamed Jubair Muhidi; Dean of the College of Medicine, Associate Professor Dr. Rafi’ Alawi Fiyadh; Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Associate Professor Dr. Hadeel Mohamed Fiyadh; Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Associate Professor Dr. Muhannad Khalifa Ubaid; and Director of the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations, Dr. Mustafa Adel.
During the meeting, the President of the University of Fallujah expressed his pleasure at the visit and conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, emphasizing the Minister’s keenness to strengthen scientific and cultural relations with the Arab Republic of Egypt and to open avenues for joint cooperation between Iraqi and Egyptian universities.
His Excellency also provided a brief overview of the University’s vision, mission, faculties, and research centers, highlighting the educational, research, and community roles it undertakes. He noted that the University of Fallujah prioritizes openness to successful international experiences and benefits from them to support academic, research, and innovative development.
