The Dean College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafi' Alawi Fayyad, honored student Ishaq Samir Rasool after he discovered a scientific error in an international medical reference, "Gynaecology by Ten Teachers." The correction was approved by the book's printing press in future editions.
This honor came in recognition of his scholarly efforts and his initiative to correspond with the authors of the references to correct the errors, an achievement that reflects the spirit of precision and scientific research that distinguishes students of the College of Medicine at the University of Fallujah.
