The launch of this system is part of strategic plans aimed at strengthening the concepts of e-governance, raising the level of administrative performance, and keeping pace with modern technological developments in the management of academic institutions. The electronic archiving system aims to organize and protect paper archives by converting them into a comprehensive digital database that ensures the preservation and easy and accurate retrieval of official documents, thus contributing to reducing effort and time and minimizing the risks of damage or loss.
During the inauguration ceremony, the University President emphasized that adopting this system is an important step in the university's journey towards comprehensive digital transformation. He pointed out that the University of Fallujah places great importance on implementing modern smart systems due to their effective role in improving the administrative work environment, enhancing transparency, and expediting transactions, which positively impacts the quality of services provided.
This system is a step forward towards building an integrated digital administrative environment that enhances the efficiency of institutional performance, keeps pace with the requirements of the times, and contributes to achieving the goals of sustainable development in the higher education sector, stressing that the university and its colleges will continue to implement technological projects that contribute to modernizing academic and administrative work alike.
