Center for Teaching the Holy Qur’an – Memorization and Recitation
Establishment Date: 2017
Since its establishment, the University of Fallujah has been keen on serving the Book of Allah and contributing to the promotion of Qur’anic memorization and the culture of the Sunnah. Accordingly, the center strives to improve Qur’anic recitation and memorization, develop exemplary models in its performance, and enhance the university students’ abilities in understanding Qur’anic meanings and delivery—ultimately aiming for a global message that reflects the moderation and justice of Islam. The center also aims to prepare and qualify university students (both male and female) to memorize the Qur’an, elevate their level, and improve their performance both educationally and morally, while placing great emphasis on reflection upon the Qur’an and understanding it correctly under the supervision of specialized professors.
