Objectives 

  1. Preparing and training College of Medicine students in order to keep pace with the increasing number of students and the continuous development of the branch.
  2. Preparing and training Iraqi Board students in diseases/microbiology and clinical immunology, and teaching Iraqi and Arab Board students in other specializations (eyes, dermatology, joints).
  3. Review and develop curricula that meet the needs and expectations of society and make them relevant and adaptable to changing needs in the field of microbiology and immunology.
  4. Initiating, promoting and developing innovative, high-quality research protocols in microbiology and immunology.
  5. Strengthening cooperation with other higher education departments in evaluation and supervision inside and outside the college.
