Under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Al-Muhammadi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Rafe Alawi Fayyad, and as part of its efforts to develop administrative work and modernize communication mechanisms, the College of Medicine at the University of Fallujah announced its official adoption of an electronic archiving and management system as a replacement for paper mail. This is in line with the government program of the Council of Ministers and fulfills the requirements for institutional accreditation.
The College organized a comprehensive introductory workshop to familiarize participants with the new system's mechanisms. Faculty members, administrative staff from various departments and divisions, and representatives from the Dean's office and his deputies participated in the workshop.
This step aims to improve work processes within the College, activate electronic correspondence to ensure faster processing, more accurate follow-up, and secure and up-to-date document storage.
