Strategic Planning Unit

The Strategic Planning Unit to support the developmental journey of the Founder's University has prepared a distinguished academic environment capable of embracing all purposeful initiatives from its members. From this perspective, the College of Medicine was keen to establish a dedicated Strategic Planning Unit, which is one of the units under the College's Development Agency. It focuses on strategic planning and serves as a liaison between the college and various university sectors regarding the strategic plan. The unit works on developing purposeful and constructive plans and programs that contribute to the advancement of the college in all fields.

Continuing Education Unit

The Continuing Education Unit was established under the decision of His Excellency the Dean of the College, No. 91611/27/D, dated 28/8/1427H (October 21, 2006). Previously known as the Medical Education Unit, its name was changed to the Continuing Education Unit following the creation of the Medical Education Department. The unit is tasked with providing technical assistance and support for all scientific and academic activities at the College of Medicine and the University Hospital.

Health Empowerment Unit

Health Empowerment and Health Rights Unit Definition of Health Empowerment Health empowerment refers to providing individuals with accurate health information and decision-making skills to make informed health choices. It is rooted in: Islamic principles (Quranic concept of "Tamkeen" - enabling power) Human rights frameworks Medical ethics Quranic Foundations The concept appears in multiple Quranic verses, including: "And thus We established Joseph in the land to settle therein wherever he willed. We bestow Our mercy upon whom We will, and We do not allow the reward of the doers of good to be lost." Department of Pediatrics Overview The Department of Pediatrics was established in May 2016 as a specialized branch dedicated to child healthcare, covering physical, mental, and developmental health, including disease treatment, disability management, and preventive care.
