- Teaching Scope: Principles & branches of General Surgery to students in Stages 3 through 6.
- Vision: Excellence in surgical education to prepare high-level surgeons.
- Mission: Equip students with knowledge, skills, and attitudes for lifelong learning, personal development, societal contribution, research advancement, and meeting community needs.

- Teach core surgical concepts.
- Train students for safe, supervised surgical practice.
- Integrate modern surgical technologies.

- Supply qualified surgical personnel to health institutions.

- Current Faculty: 11 members covering specialties:
- Gastrointestinal Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics & Traumatology, Oncology, Thoracic & Vascular Surgery, Radiology.
- Led by: Dr. Abdul Hadi Maryoud (Head), Dr. Omar Mahmoud Shaker (Rapporteur).
- Administration: 1 employee (Wael Firas Yahya).
- Research: Active publication in college, national, and international journals (including high-impact). Focus areas include:
- Common surgical conditions, laparoscopy, cancer detection (General/Peds).
- Urinary stones, reconstructive surgery, incontinence, infertility (Urology).
- Arthroscopy, joint replacement, fracture treatment (Orthopedics).
- Reducing blindness, corneal/retinal diseases (Ophthalmology).
- Accident surgery, heart operations (Thoracic/CV).
- Diagnostic imaging (Radiology).
- ENT disease treatments.
- Community Service: Faculty serve as specialists at Fallujah Teaching Hospital (clinics, surgeries - emergency & elective, beyond hours) and participate in health campaigns.
