Assessment and Evaluation Unit Establishment and Purpose The Assessment and Evaluation Unit was established to oversee, organize, and ensure the integrity of examinations for all academic departments and courses within the College of Medicine. The unit operates in compliance with the college’s policies and standards to maintain fair, reliable, and effective assessment procedures. Core Responsibilities Examination Supervision & Coordination Managing final examinations for all courses. Ensuring adherence to college policies and academic standards. Faculty & Examiner Support Empowering faculty members and exam supervisors with best practices in assessment methods. Providing guidance on effective evaluation tools aligned with the college’s curriculum. College of Medicine – University of Fallujah Mission: The Quality and Academic Accreditation Unit at the College of Medicine – University of Fallujah works to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. It activates the internal quality assurance system by conducting regular reviews, internal monitoring, and ensuring compliance with standards to enhance institutional capacity and educational effectiveness, ultimately striving for academic accreditation of the college. Vision: To establish the unit as a center of expertise, assisting medical colleges at both the local and regional levels in implementing quality assurance concepts and standards. The Talent and Creativity Care Unit was established by a decision of His Excellency the Dean of the College on 9th Safar, 1433H (corresponding to January 3, 2012). Its primary goal is to support and develop the capabilities of talented and creative male and female medical students across various fields, harnessing their potential to serve the community. The Strategic Planning Unit to support the developmental journey of the Founder's University has prepared a distinguished academic environment capable of embracing all purposeful initiatives from its members. From this perspective, the College of Medicine was keen to establish a dedicated Strategic Planning Unit, which is one of the units under the College's Development Agency. It focuses on strategic planning and serves as a liaison between the college and various university sectors regarding the strategic plan. The unit works on developing purposeful and constructive plans and programs that contribute to the advancement of the college in all fields.

The Continuing Education Unit was established under the decision of His Excellency the Dean of the College, No. 91611/27/D, dated 28/8/1427H (October 21, 2006). Previously known as the Medical Education Unit, its name was changed to the Continuing Education Unit following the creation of the Medical Education Department. The unit is tasked with providing technical assistance and support for all scientific and academic activities at the College of Medicine and the University Hospital.
