Description of the administrative structure Dean of the College Job mission for the dean: - This job is concerned with the activity for yourself, managing the college, supervising the placement of distinguished students, and supervising others. Council Secretariat Unit Functional function of the unit: - Organizing College Council affairs sessions, following up on Council agendas, and preparing girls’ minutes that fall within its powers. Dean's Secretarial Unit The job task of the unit: - Coordinating appointments, interviews, and telephone communications, preparing mail to the dean, marking incoming mail to the university, and issuing books and orders issued by the university. Dean's Office UnitCitizens Affairs Unit Functional tasks of the unit: Receiving direct requests from citizens and receiving their complaints via a website designated for this purpose. Academic Promotions Unit Functional tasks of the unit: Organizing the affairs of academic promotions for faculty members in the college, implementing and following up on relevant decisions, setting agendas, preparing minutes for the Academic Promotions Committee, and implementing the paragraphs that fall within its powers. Legal unit Functional tasks of the unit: Providing legal consultations, pleading in lawsuits submitted by the college or filed against it, participating in investigative committees, and following up on the implementation of laws and decisions related to regulating all legal matters of the college.Website unit The tasks of the website unit can be summarized as follows: - Managing the college’s official website, following up on the website, receiving and sending correspondence via the network, and communicating with all institutions via email. In addition to teaching computers for the first and third stages and postgraduate studies, as well as developing the scientific and administrative competencies of all college members. Information Technology Unit The tasks of the Information Technology Unit are to enable the scientific departments and various units of the college to use modern technology and educational and academic programs to benefit all beneficiaries, including students, teachers, and employees.
